What the Shyni API costs.
Test mode is free. The sandbox and its test keys cost nothing and need no card. Live mode is paid per organization, and calls are not billed.
Live mode
Live mode costs EUR 29 per month per organization, excluding VAT. That includes up to 3 active businesses. Each further active business costs EUR 9. The price is flat: there are no tiers, and it does not depend on the number of API calls.

The EUR 29 is a minimum. It applies every month live mode is on, even when no business is active.
Active business
A business is active in a calendar month (UTC) when at least one live-mode order was created in it and not cancelled within 24 hours. Test and sandbox orders never count. A studio you created for a client, or a studio that gave your organization access, does not count, because that studio pays for its own plan.
Turning on live mode
You turn on live mode in the portal. The first card payment is EUR 29. It is the prepaid minimum of your first month and is deducted from your first invoice.
After that you are charged monthly for the previous month, on the 2nd day of the month. To stop paying, turn live mode off.
If a payment fails
You get a warning. If the payment is still unpaid after 14 days, live keys stop
and answer 403 BILLING_SUSPENDED. Test keys keep working. A new payment that
includes the debt turns live mode back on.
VAT
Prices exclude VAT. An EU company with a valid VAT ID is reverse charged, a customer outside the EU pays no VAT, and an EU private person pays Czech VAT.
